Data stays on your device
Change Order Proof does not require an account. Business profiles, customer and project details, change orders, signatures, payment-status labels, and signed proof records are stored in the app's local database and are not sent to us.
Photos and camera
Camera and photo-library access is requested only when you choose to add jobsite evidence. Selected images remain part of the local record and are not uploaded to us.
Exports you control
PDF and JSON exports leave the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. The selected destination's privacy practices then apply.
No analytics or advertising
The app does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, third-party analytics, or developer-operated cloud storage.
Retention and deletion
Business records remain on the device unless you remove a supported draft item or delete the app. Signed proof records cannot be deleted inside the app because they preserve the evidence chain. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app may preserve it. Export important records first. We cannot delete copies that you exported to another destination.
Children
Change Order Proof is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
